Meet Mrs. Honey,
a Substitute EL Teacher

Howdy! I understand that some students may find substitute teachers to be a challenge, but my goal is to ensure all my students have a productive and successful day! Because students may find it difficult to adjust to a new teacher on short notice, I try my best to keep them engaged and on track with their learning. Although I may not have extensive background knowledge on the unit a classroom is working on, I’m eager to learn alongside them.

In my effort to make the most of this opportunity, I’d love some additional support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
