At Ballard & Tighe, we believe accessibility is essential for helping all learners succeed. We are committed to making our products as usable and inclusive as possible.

This page is a living resource. We will continue updating it as our products evolve and as accessibility standards improve.

Assessment Products

For our assessment products, we provide product-specific Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs). These documents explain how each product meets recognized accessibility standards, including Section 508 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

We update these VPATs regularly and add new ones as our products evolve.

Instructional Materials

In addition to assessments, we create instructional resources for English learners and for environmental education. We build our instructional materials with accessibility in mind by focusing on:

• Clear, readable layouts and fonts
• Compatibility with keyboard navigation
• Strong color contrast and visual clarity
• Alternative text for images
• Captions for videos
• Compatibility with common devices and platforms

We are committed to making ongoing improvements as accessibility standards and best practices evolve.
