We offer a three-fiscal-year payment plan. A district pays 40 percent of the total cost* at the time of purchase but takes possession of all the program materials. At the beginning of year two, the district pays the second installment of 30 percent, and the third installment of 30 percent at the beginning of year three. The Purchase Agreement Plan automatically renews each year unless the district terminates the agreement at the end of year one or year two and returns the materials to Ballard & Tighe.
