IPT Manager 4 - Placement Reports
This report provides detailed information on an individual student’s performance, showing his or her test history for the Oral, Reading, and Writing tests within specified test date ranges. Student and test information includes student name, gender, primary language, birth date, student I.D., grade, test date and form, and teacher name. Test results indicate designation, level or sub-test scores, and raw scores, depending on the test. This report can be sorted by student name, grade, or teacher name.
This report provides schools with test results for a group of students who have taken a test (Oral, Reading, or Writing) within specified test date ranges and grade spans. Student and test information provided includes student name, student I.D., primary language, teacher name, grade, age, test form, proficiency level, raw score, and designation. Districts or schools can send this letter with a student’s Individual Student Report to inform the parent or guardian about his or her student’s test results. This letter can be generated in English or Spanish.
This report provides a description of the student’s language competencies based on his or her performance on the test. Student and test information includes test form, designation, grade, and teacher name. This report can be generated in English or Spanish.
IPT Manager 4 - Progress Reports
This report provides summarized information for the state on each of its districts by showing the number and percentage of students who attained overall proficiency and/or made overall progress within specified test date ranges and grade spans. Each district’s proficiency and progress results are broken down by language domain. Progress can be demonstrated by using either customizable point difference or level advancement methods. Note: The point difference method is implemented by using NCE scores while the level advancement method uses up to ten levels of proficiency with specified cut scores.
