Nationally normed language proficiency assessments, the IPT series of tests are currently available for students in grades Pre-K–12 in English and Spanish. These tests evaluate students’ oral, reading, and writing proficiency and allow for simple scoring and score conversion to Non-, Limited, or Fluent/Competent designations.

Our latest version of the IPT series features new forms and new editions that have new and refreshed items and artwork. The tests also have new IPT proficiency levels that provide more fine-grained distinctions within the "Limited" designation category.
