If you discover that you made an error on your purchase order or if you wish to
exchange materials, the following conditions apply to returns and exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt at
customer’s warehouse/site.
- Materials returned must be the current edition, be in print, and be in
resalable condition.
- All returned materials must be unmarked and be in the original box.
Pre-packaged items must have their original wrappers on them.
Call
1-800-321-4332 to receive approval for returns. After receiving approval to
return materials, please follow these steps:
- Pack materials carefully and send them to us (at your expense). We recommend
that you insure all return packages.
- Include a copy of the invoice or a note indicating the invoice number in all
packages.

NOTE: The original shipping and handling charges will be retained by Ballard
& Tighe, and there will be additional shipping and handling charges incurred
to cover the delivery of new materials on exchanges.
