How do I request a catalog?
On the left side of any page on our website, select ‘Download Catalog’ to quickly download a low-res pdf of our catalog. In addition, our Customer Service page offers you the option to download a low-res version of the catalog, or to complete a form to request a copy of the catalog via mail.

What is the Ballard & Tighe guarantee?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and service. We guarantee that we will correct any shipping errors and replace any defective materials promptly at our expense. How can I search your products to see if you have what I need?
On the left side of any page on our website, select ‘Search.’ This will take you to our google search page. Simply type in any keywords you would like to search. Make sure that the radial button is clicked to search within Ballard & Tighe’s website only.

How do I find the educational resources that you offer with your products?
• Visit our dedicated Resources page by clicking on this icon
• On the menu at the bottom of the screen, click on 'resources'
• Also, where available, educational resources (such as sample chapters, web-based activities and downloadable activity sheets) are listed with the related product. Simply look for the red 'Resources' box under the product image and click on the resource of your choice to download or view the materials. 

I would like to see how your materials align with national, state, and local standards. How do I access the alignments?
On the menu at the bottom of the screen, click on 'alignments' for a choice of Alignments for Instructional Materials or Alignments for Assessment Materials.
