amazing world of geography! |

Geography is defined simply as the study of the earth and
its features. It also includes the study of how people interact with their
environment. In fact, it is important for students to learn the different
themes in geography in order to better understand the world and our place
in it.

Note: These activities have been designed
to be used with the Explore Geography
Picture Dictionary and to enhance the content in the
Explore America social studies program.
However, you can use other geography dictionaries and textbooks of similar
content as substitutes.
