Department of Defense Extends Contract with Ballard & Tighe for Use of the IPT® Testing System

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – October 12, 2009 –Ballard & Tighe, Publishers (www.ballard-tighe.com) announced today that United States Department of Defense has exercised its option to extend their contract to use the IPT® Testing System as their language assessment tool. The IPT® Testing System is an English language proficiency assessment that identifies, places and redesignates students based on the most up-to-date demographic norming data.
